Forge is a fitness and general wellness app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Recovery scores, workout recommendations, and other insights are for general wellness purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise program, and stop exercising and seek appropriate care for concerning symptoms or injury.
Forge Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, available as Forge Pro Monthly or Forge Pro Annual. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any free trial or introductory offer is shown by the App Store before you buy.
Forge is designed to keep your app data on your Apple devices, synced through your own iCloud account if enabled. You are responsible for maintaining your device backups and iCloud settings. How Forge collects and uses data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Use Forge only for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its services except to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including any injury or loss related to exercise undertaken on your own responsibility.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Forge after an update means you accept the revised terms.
