Contract of Purchase and Sale
The Contract of Purchase and Sale is the standard BC form that becomes the binding agreement between buyer and seller once both sign it.
It sets the price, deposit, conditions (subjects), what's included, and the completion, possession and adjustment dates. Most of the negotiation happens in its terms rather than only the price.
