If you register for a listing-data (VOW) account, we also collect your account email, a password (stored in hashed form), and a record of your acceptance of the VOW Terms of Use, as required by MLS® data rules.

To follow up regarding your home valuation or buying/selling needs

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service Providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate this website, and information may be processed by them on our behalf: email delivery (Resend), newsletter list management (Mailchimp), and website hosting (Vercel). These providers process data only to provide their services to us. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, listings browsed, and general interaction patterns). Analytics data is aggregated and does not include the contents of any form you submit. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser.

Data Retention
