Refer a client, get paid when it closes.
I work North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Vancouver, and Burnaby, full-time, on my own. If your client is moving into this market or out of it, send them to me and I'll pay you 30% of what I earn once the deal closes.
Referral fee
30% of my commission on the closed transaction, paid brokerage to brokerage. Subject to a signed referral agreement and your board's rules.
How it works
- 1Text or email me the basics — your client's name, contact info, and what they're doing.
- 2I send a written referral agreement through Royal LePage Sussex, brokerage to brokerage, before I contact anyone.
- 3I call your client within a day and run the deal the way I'd run it for my own family.
- 4Once it closes, the fee gets paid through the brokerages. You don't have to chase it.
Any licensed REALTOR® in good standing, in any province. I don't need to have worked with you before.
