Send me a client. I'll pay you when it closes.
If you run a business in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Vancouver, or Burnaby and you hear about someone buying or selling before I do, tell me. When it closes, I'll pay you 10% of what I earn on the deal.
Referral fee
10% of my commission on the closed transaction, paid once the deal is done.
How it works
- 1Send me a name and a way to reach them, or make the introduction yourself.
- 2I follow up within a day and handle everything from there, same as any client of mine.
- 3When the deal closes, I send you a cheque. Nothing for you to fill out.
If you're a lawyer, notary, mortgage broker, or in another regulated profession, check with your own governing body first — some of them restrict this kind of fee.
