Disclosure of Representation in Trading Services
The Disclosure of Representation in Trading Services is the BCFSA form a realtor must give you before working with you, explaining whether they'll represent you and what duties they owe.
It's a disclosure, not a contract. Signing it acknowledges you received it; representation itself is set out in a listing agreement or buyer agency agreement.
