Form B (Information Certificate)
A Form B is the strata corporation's official information certificate for a unit, showing its strata fees, any amounts owing, special levies, the reserve fund balance and pending bylaw changes.
It's one of the first documents to review in a strata purchase, alongside the minutes, bylaws, financial statements and depreciation report. It tells you what's been approved; the minutes tell you what's being discussed.
