Comparative market analysis (CMA)
A comparative market analysis is a realtor's estimate of what your home would likely sell for, based on recent comparable sales, current competition and your home's own features.
Unlike an online estimate, a CMA accounts for condition, renovations, the street and the view. It's the starting point for setting a list price.
