Multiple offers

A multiple-offer situation is when a seller receives more than one offer on the same home and considers them together, usually at a set time.

Buyers don't see the other offers' terms. Price matters, but so do subjects, the deposit and dates; a clean offer can win over a slightly higher one with conditions.
